Mental Health & Wellness
We all have moments in our lives when we are faced with challenges that cause us to feel alone and overwhelmed. It can be hard to admit to ourselves that we are not OK and asking for help can bring up feelings of shame, guilt, fear, or rejection.
Mental health concerns are not something you should have to handle on your own, and we are here to help! At PCS, we have a team of caring and trusted professionals that are here to support you and your family on your mental health and wellness journey. We create a safe and supportive environment and tailor your counseling experience to cultivate self-awareness, personal growth, and long-lasting change.
PCS’s Counseling Division offers clinical, behavioral, and career assessments, individual and family therapy, couples counseling, parent support and education, and group therapy, as well as interactive workshops and community training.
We are currently offering in-person or telehealth (audio/video) sessions.
