Kelsey Gates

Kelsey is a Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in helping individuals work through trauma, anxiety, and depression. Kelsey’s approach is intuitive, holistic, and collaborative. She utilizes a variety of modalities in her practice, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness techniques, Experiential interventions, and Somatic practices. Focusing on working with minors aged 13-17 as well as individual adults; her areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, sexual abuse, stress management, trauma, and PTSD. Kelsey’s communication style aims to be intuitive and collaborative. She strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable to openly explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
