She is passionate about working with families as they cope with the challenge of a serious illness or other major life change. She believes that families can be stronger together if they have the tools to deal with additional stressors effectively.

Elizabeth utilizes a strengths-based, person-centered perspective when working with clients and always tries to meet them where they are at in their mental health journey. She feels strongly about taking an integrative approach to therapy. She incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, positive psychology, and more, as well as invites art, music, and writing into the space. Her goal is to empower and support clients through life’s challenges and to be an ally as they strive to reach their greatest potential.
