Our family meeting went great with DrJohn Mlinarcik and Rick Segal!! Personally, I cannot thank you guys enough for your input and professional help with our transition and helping my parents prepare for their retirement. It can be difficult for them to hear a few things that they need to, Dr john is a pro and gets the message across perfectly. We would not even be close to where we are right now without PCS’s help, and for that I want to say a big thank you to Dr john and the team! My thought is to continue having my parents, sister, wife, and myself come every couple months or quarterly to meet with Dr John and Rick and check in with progress along next steps.

As manager of membership services for the Michigan Infrastructure and Transportation Association (MITA), I organize programs for member companies across Michigan, one is a Future Leaders Development Program. I'm always looking for opportunities to improve this program. A contractor member involved in a toxic succession issue between family members had used PCS to accomplish what seemed to be impossible; create a smooth transition between people in which their relationships which had become toxic and maintain the family unit. A heavy lift considering all that had transpired between the individuals (I know this company and the family well). After several meetings individually and collectively what seemed insurmountable happened, to this day they all get along and attend family events. Dr. John and I met for lunch to learn what else he could provide as far as services to our members. Turns out PCS offers a wide array of training and business services. I'll be honest I'm not a drink the Kool-aide type of guy and still had reservations. After several discussions I invited PCS into the MITA membership and now utilize his proprietary behavioral assessment and have Dr John present to our Future Leaders Program. I’ve referred members on a regular basis (a long list) for a variety of reasons. There has been no negative feedback concerning the services PCS has provided to our members. In closing, if you reach out and work with PCS I can promise you will be in concerned carrying hands with Dr John and his team. This is a company that only survives for one reason, results and that they can prove.

Our organization reached out to Dr. Keith Levick in 2014, to improve on key aspects of Performance Management and Leadership Development. Our leadership team was extremely impressed with Keith’s approach. From a Human Resources perspective, we were thrilled Keith provided leaders with tangible tools that would support and augment their skill set.
