Elaine Williams

Elaine Williams is a master’s social worker known for her “commonsense” and intuitive approach and believes that each client is their own healer. Elaine believes in partnering with her clients to build and maintain self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-confidence so they can manifest their full potential and create the life they desire.

Elaine specializes in inter-generational issues, women’s issues, anxiety/depression disorders, and helping clients manage invisible, chronic, and terminal illnesses, including associated grief and losses.  She is trained in traditional psychotherapy and group work and utilizes her clients’ natural healing abilities by incorporating a blend of holistic approaches such as breath work, guided imagery, and hypnotherapy.

Elaine is author of the book, The Sacred Work of Grandparents Raising Grandchildren, and is a national speaker and trainer whose focus is inter-generational relationships, diversity, and communication.
