Chip DeClue
Chip is an Executive Coach and Facilitator with extensive executive experience. He provides personalized executive coaching and specialized learning tools that equip leaders to produce exceptional individual and team performance through servant leadership, trust, accountability, and authentic relationships. In addition, he attends to the needs of the whole individual so that they may experience balance, joy, fulfillment, and impact.
Chip’s coaching method helps the client gain better awareness of self, others, and situations, so the client chooses forward movement and intentional action. His coaching addresses the areas crucial to a leader’s success: personal productivity, work/life balance, communication skills, employee engagement, and development. Coaching sessions focus on awareness, skill development, and tactical planning while keeping the client’s goals at the center of the process. Chip also facilitates topics, including the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team ®️, Ideal Team Player, Find Your Why, and Coach Approach for Leaders.
Chip is also a Certified Coach and Facilitator with the Halftime Institute; a nonprofit organization focused on helping marketplace leaders from success to significance in the next season of life.
Chip has 26 years of experience at Enterprise Holdings, the global leader in transportation services as a result-oriented financial executive, building and retaining high-performance teams by hiring, motivating, and connecting individuals to the career opportunities that match their strengths, values, and passions. He retired in 2015 after serving 17+ years as the Vice President of Finance for the Enterprise, National, and Alamo brands operating daily rental, car sales, and truck rental lines for the state of Michigan with 1,500 employees and $300 million in annual revenue.
