Group Therapy involves therapy with a group of people that may be experiencing similar challenges. The group provides a safe environment where each person can share their experiences, support each other, reflect, gain insight, learn, and grow together. The therapist facilitating the group will maintain a safe environment and ensure that everyone feels respected and valued.
