Art therapy helps people of all ages explore emotions, develop self-awareness, cope with stress, boost self-esteem, and enhance social skills.  Kailah Ayres-Tuttle, MA, LPC, is skilled in art therapy techniques where she fosters healing and mental well-being through creative expression.

Techniques used in art therapy include: Collage, Coloring, Doodling and scribbling, Drawing, Painting, Photography, Sculpting, and Working with clay.
